as a previous answerer has said, it could very well mean you a pregnant.
Also, it might be that you are thinking about ghosts a lot lately.
It could also mean that you feel like you are alone. You know people, you have acquaintances, but you don’t feel close to anyone. Thus they are just ghosts to you.

edit: At fisher, actually dreams can reflect our emotional state, and the symbolism in dreams can be the direct result of this. Also, pregnancy comes along with a slew of specific hormones and problems, which actually does create certain common dream themes throughout. Of course, not all pregnant women have a-typical pregnancy dreams, but many do.

Soybean, I would say that the fact that its reaccuring that it means something, if only at a very basic level.

How the hell does a dream mean your pregnant? So long as you havent done it for a long time No Thanks! Don’t listen to that mumbo jumbo. Dreams dont mean a thing, you cant read the future etc.

Seriously dreams just happen, what you see during the day + wishes and thoughts. It can be a nightmare, or a good dream. Or a dream which makes no sense at all.

First, you have to find out if it means anything.
Dreams are very weird indeed and we know very little about them, and there is almost no way to find out more.
Also, do you know the people you are seeing in your dreams that you now see as ghosts?

As I’ve seen from my own experiences, there are 3 kinds of dreams, and all of these are notable nominees for the type of dream you seem to be having.
About the control over your dreams, you always have a lot more control if you know you’re dreaming. Meaningful dreams, however, are near uncontrollable.

-Weird Dreams: These dreams usually mean absolutely nothing. Random things happen and you have a rather large amount of control over what happens. They can include things that happened that day.
-Meaningful Dreams: These dreams have an important meaning and could be telling you to do or not to do certain things…the meaning is usually easy to notice and you have almost no control over what happens in the dream.
-Nightmares: These are frightening or even sometimes extremely unpleasant dreams. They wake you up often and when they do you are scared to go back to sleep. They could be very meaningful but just send their message in a scary way, or they may have absolutely no meaning. If you know you’re dreaming when you’re having one of these, they become incredibly easy to control (even easier than the weird ones). If not, they become impossible to control (even harder than the meaningful ones).
