The burden of proof is upon the person making the statement that something exists. There is no scientific evidence that proves these allegations.
You may retort that there are green reindeer dancing on the moon and proof is LOB and other phenomena. Can she disprove you somehow? Not really, especially as you can keep coming up with excuses why her proofs don’t work.

People around the world believe the existance of ghosts with accordance to their culture.
In India, the Hindu’s Holy book “Baghvad Geeta”
explains the existance of spirits in different manner.
After a man’s eternal departure from the earth, his whole life is fully reviewed and, if he is satisfied, he will take part in reincarnation. Or else, his soul will be gallivanting around someone he loved very much.
Don’t panic! Let’s talk something scientific:
Scientist still deny the existance of soul, eventhough there comes a difference in opinion.
Well,to sum up,lemme ask a simple question:
Have you ever seen a ghost any day, except halloween?
Most propably your answer would be NO,right?
Let us believe that there are no ghost exist.
Thank you for giving me a chance.
see ya!

Ultraviolet Oasis is correct, the burden of proof is on the person making the claim. That is how we scientists work at any rate. Your friend actually does not even present enough evidence to propose a hypothesis. The experiments must be repeatable and E.V.P. data has never yet been repeated at the same location with rigorous parameters.
However to help you out a little more E.V.P. records “sounds” which are then electronically interpreted for presentation to the human ear. No problem there as that is what all scientific observation instruments do, gather data so it can be presented in a way a human can perceive it. Here’s the problem though. The human brain is naturally evolved to interpret familiar patterns from sound and this phenomenon accounts for many instances of apparent ‘voices’ or ‘voice-like’ sounds. Especially when that is what the “researchers” want to hear.
Proof that ghosts and spirits exist would require substantially more evidence than sounds easily attributed to natural causes. The sounds collected from E.V.P. are evidence that there is possibly something there and that’s all the evidence it is. Could be mechanical, or electronically inducted or almost anything including poorly calibrated equipment.

Try reading about The Skeptics. They specialise in debunking all this paranormal stuff.
I think there’s a prize of GBP 1 000 000 for anybody who can PROVE there are ghosts or telepathy or anything like that.

you can neither prove ghosts just as you cannot prove evolution. you have a theory and thats ok. But like evolution, its just a theory. So far the evidence for ghosts is sketchy, and the evidence for evolution is sketchy as well relying on bits and pieces of bones and giant leaps between this animal to that animal without any bridge in between. So if you can believe in evolution, you can believe in ghosts.
