Yes… There are EVP’s . The first time you get a recording it blows your mind. I didn’t want to come home… I was terrified of being in the house. But I’ve gotten maybe a hundred recordings so I’m used to it now . I consider it cold hard evidence. I will tell you my best experience that means the world to me. I had a dear friend who I lost in 1998. I’ve never really recovered from his death. In 2006 I lost my Mom. I was talking to her in a very quiet secluded room at the end of a hospital corridor. I wanted her responses on my digital recorder because I feared she wouldn’t make it. I didn’t let the recorder run constantly because I didn’t want to end up with her saying 2 words on a one hour space. So I recorded for 5 minutes at a time. Hoping she would say something. She worsened and passed away. I forgot about the digital recorder for about a month and one day
decided to listen to it and erase the empty spaces where she didn’t respond . I started playing back one recording and I had a strange feeling and just looked at the recorder and got goosebumps. In about 8 seconds I realized I was listening to the time I had felt so sad I whispered my friends name. I said ” oh Pat”. I heard that now being played and in exactly 28 seconds his voice says:”Bev… It’s me”. End of story. My dead friends voice on tape clear as anything. No explanation except life after death.

Edit / there are 1000′s of EVP’s posted online. But then the excuse made by skeptics is that they are fraudulent. I can understand that. I’ve heard other’s recordings and sometimes I wonder. You have to do your own. Then you know there is no other worldly source for that voice. People say it’s radio waves– which is possible. But when you get something specific or your name that is ruled out.

I used to (AND STILL kind of don’t believe in ghosts) but this is true and still gives me shivers when I think about it.

I had bought a brand new home (no one had ever lived in it, we bought it straight form the developer) about 17 years ago. It was a simple 3 bedroom 1 bath home. There was still other homes being built in the neighborhood. there were probably 15-20 homes finished 5-6 homes being worked on.

I started noticing after coming home from work that the other homes weren’t going up as fast as mine and in fact weren’t going up at all. I soon learned that the local University ( Indiana University to be a fact) had their geological team out there and had stopped the construction. I found out later that they did do this legally and that there was artifacts and human remains found during the construction.

At that time I used to have really long hair and I had a certain way I would dry my hair. I would shower, then while my hair was wet I would put several “hair ties” or “pony tail holders” in my hair 2-3 inches apart in my “pony tail” so that it would dry straight. I would just let it dry like this then take them out and BAM straight long hair!

I come home one day and get out of the shower to find I was short a few “pony tail holders” and I knew I had another little bag of them in the bedroom (I always lost them and could never keep enough) so I go into the bedroom and get the new bag out of my dresser. When I opened the plastic bag I drop a bunch on the floor.

I reached down to pick them up and got most of them when something started flying around my head. I picked the rest of the “holders” up and seen what seemed to be a black wasp flying all around me and flying toward my head. I swatted at it several times and finally making contact with my hand I watched it fall to the floor. As was almost ready to stomp with my foot to kill the annoying insect but I stopped in complete disbelief. I was dumbfounded. It was a black “pony tail holder”

No, not a single solitary bit of evidence. If there were people would post it or tell you where to find it.
For example: if someone had EVP’s, they’d verify them and post them.

By posing your question with the word “supernatural” you have required a “no” answer. Supernatural means over and above nature, thus there can be no proof within nature. Now if you wish to ask about “paranormal” evidence, there is ample, or at least potentially ample depending on how you define “cold, hard evidence”. If by “cold, hard evidence”, you mean evidence that meets ALL scientific criteria, there is exactly as much evidence for ghosts and spirits as there is for the existence of the color blue, which by these criteria is none. If you wish to weaken your standards then you must first define what you consider to be acceptable evidence in clear terms.

As for personal experiences, I have been present on numerous occasions where multiple people have observed events that conventional knowledge would state cannot happen without trickery. However, no one present has yet acknowledged being part of a trick, nor was anyone present able to find any evidence of trickery. These occurrences included seeing a woman’s hair move as if being stroked, although no one was within ten feet of her, there was no discernable breeze to move her hair, and no contact with any object capable of passing an electrical current. Another case was a camera and camera strap moving with no discernable contact, including a clear absence of string, fishing line or other physical assistance.

Yesss! I know for a fact that my haunted house has at least 2 spirits. I have seen, heard, felt their presence. I am more sensitive to the living dead but my mom & sister have tons of supernatural stories as well. They have just nvr seen it like I have. If we combined stories we would have 50+ by now. We have been in the house for about 5 years now & I still experience paranormal activity normally. In fact my scare tolerance has gone up sooo much!
I knew the first time I stepped into that house that it was haunted. There was a heavy presence there. My sister & I have had little experiences within the first couple of days, we were talking to my mom about it. She was very skeptical & replied, “This house is not haunted”. As soon as she finished that last syllabol the lights closest to us flickered, in broad daylight. My sister said her bed has shook; My alarm used to set itself off at 3am even when I took the batteries out. My mom & sister have both felt a small child climb into bed with them. (My sister even saw the hand imprints on her bed). Wow! I have seen & heard & felt soo much I could go on & on

It really is one of those experiences that you have to experience for yourself to believe. We do share this world with the dead. Whether people know it, or accept it or not.
