Music Room Ghost:
Get full mechanical skills. Go to Hazel Dente’s backyard and go to the dried-up swimming pool on one end. Next to that, is this black and white box thing with wires and stuff. Click on it and click open.
You’ll find a shredded swimsuit there. Then, go to the place in Hazel’s backyard where you can plant stuff. It’s right next to the easel. Bury the swimsuit.
Go talk to your housekeeper and you’ll find that the ghost has gone.
Master Bedroom:
You get this one out later in the game, when you have finished all the missions in Strangetown. In Deadtree, when the merchant in purple clothes who’s selling stuff outside has an exclemation mark above her head.
She’ll tell you a story about a meeting house and someone named Ophelia, giving you a new goal. This will open up the meeting house.
Do this BEFORE you start the other goal about Ophelia, if you want the ghost out of your house. Go into the meeting house and walk down the aisle. To the left will be a door.
Go into it. There will be a bathroom and another door. Go through the other door and you’ll be outside in the graveyard.
Be careful not to come face-to-face with the zombies. Just go to the very right, where there are four headstones in a row, next to the wall. Click on each one, and when one says ‘dig up’, press that, as that will give you the charm bracelet that belongs to the Nervous System.
Go to the Nighthowl Saloon and give the charm to Annie. Talk to your maid and you’ll find that the ghost has gone.

open a cheat window (ctrl+c+shift)
then type in the cheat box “boolprop testingcheatsenabled true” (no quotation marks)
then enter.
press shift while you click on the ghost you want to leave, and press “make selectable”, then where it shows what they are doing, it will say haunting. click that to make it go away action to make it go away.
you may have to do this more than once, but the ghost will go away.
(i did this on pc, so it might not work, look up the cheat code for testing cheats, and do exactly what i said, just replace the things that you have to type in, i guess.)
