First of all, do not use a Quiji Board. By doing that, you are leaving yourself wide open for bad spirits to come. Should a Quiji Board be present in your home, you should remove it, seriously.

You mention that you are able to see spirits? Have you ever tried communicating with them? Often times, a person can see them but for one reason or another, are not able to make contact. This is normal. I have a niece that is able to see them, too, and she has tried communicating with them to no avail. She says she can only tell from their expressions what they might be wanting.

You could always try using a digital recorder and ask the spirits that you see questions, such as, what is your name? Did you live here? What do you want?, etc…questions like this. If you choose to do this, you should wait a minute or so between questions in order to give them time to respond. It takes energy for them to respond so it might take a little time for them to answer. If you don’t get anything on the recorder, don’t get upset. It is possible the spirit doesn’t have the extra energy they need to respond to you.

You could also setup a video camera that has audio on it and let it run in an area where you have seen the most activity. Just let the camera run, and when you go back to review it, you might actually catch voices on the audio part of it. I know my investigation group has caught voices on our video camera by just setting it up and letting it run.
