You won’t be able to convince him if he doesn’t believe in ghosts. He would have to experience it himself to believe it. You don’t need to convince anyone. Your belief is enough and there are plenty of people who believe.

If it could be proved, it would have been proven by now. Nobody has ever come close to proving the existence of ghosts. I’m sorry to say but they just don’t exist. They are just figments of peoples’ imaginations and desire to believe that there is an afterlife. If ghosts existed, there would be about 10-15 billion ghosts roaming around the earth (based on the number of humans that have ever existed.) With so many ghosts supposedly hanging around, why is it that only uncredible people see them, and with very shoddy evidence? Please share this photo?

If your dad doesn’t believe in ghosts for scientific reasons, there is almost no way to prove to him that ghosts exist. In fact, no ghost hunter ever has been able to prove to a scientifically literate skeptic that any ghost has ever existed. And there are people out there with far more pseudo-evidence than just one picture who have tried.

If your dad doesn’t understand what pareidolia is, then it may be easier to convince him. If you don’t know what it is either, then I suggest you look it up, as it may account for your own explanation of believing ghosts to exist.

Take him to a Spiritualist Church, he may get a free reading from a Spiritualist Medium who contacts spirits/ghosts departed/dead loves ones/family/friends and passes the messages on to people in the church.

Or, get him a reading from a medium for his birthday etc. Contacat your local spiritualist church for a list of reputable and accurate mediums ok.

Well it’s hard with the skeptics because they could come face to face with a full apparition and they still wouldn’t believe and then just try to find some excuse for what they saw..But you could take him to some haunted sites late at night where there is a known very active haunting.
