as a night watchman working alone on a deserted posting, these paranormal occurances alarm me. Not only does this consume my attention, but it bothers me. What, if any, are the prescribed means of dealing with unusual phenomonea?

Jaric3: If it were only me, and none of the other men had reported being troubled, I would tend to dismiss this affair [as you suggest]. I’d realy like to know how to deal with this..no one has been injured , but, it is un-nerving.
Get more sleep. If that doesn’t work, try an exorcism. Most priests/ministers/whatever will be happy to do this for you.

wow, I just watched a Discovery Channel show that dispelled many of these ghost encounters. Seems that buildings emit minute quantities of electrical radiation due to building wiring . Remove the electricity and the “feeling” goes away. Also brought up the fact that most ghost appearances, the ghost are wearing clothing. Clothes didn’t die so there is no energy transmitted by them. The mind is a very powerful image producer, ask 12 different people what they saw at a scene of an accident, and you get 12 different stories. This isn’t dispelling what you did or didn’t see, question is it “real” or your imagination. Try occupying your brain with other activities at work. If you convince yourself there are ghost lurking about, you will “see” them.
Ghosts cant physically harm you can they? , is it strange when you watch a movie thats scary ,you hide yourself under the covers …a thin bit of material aint gonna protect you if they do !!
