some people hear a bump in the night and look for their cat, some people hear a bump in the night and go make themselves a hat out of tinfoil.
its all in how you look at something and what conclusions you draw.
Sorry, but when someone calls your name and you’re the only one in the room, or you feel a hand on your shoulder and you’re the only one home, that sort of rules out the whole “you’re making a mountain out of a molehill” theory.
So, to answer the question, yes, I do believe, very much so. The paranormal has long since convinced me of its existance.

There’s been alot of weird things that happen at my house!
like I have seen a male spirit with brown hair walking in the hallway towards the garage,I have seen a grey oval shadow on the wall by my door and it went into my room as I walked toward the living room(other way),my mom’s door has shut too(it was already shut but a spirit knocked on it and shut it.Also a kitchen cabinet has shut by itself.
I haven’t seen anything lately but that doesn’t mean I won’t.
I am a very strong believer.
