I know god is real. No ghosts though just angels. I had a dream I died with my mom and we went to heaven! I thought I saw god but I wasn’t sure. I do believe in aliens though…

Aliens, almost certainly. The universe is massive, it’s impossible to know what is out there, but you can practically guarantee they exist somewhere.. Ghosts, I don’t know, I don’t think it’s possible to know. Much of the paranormal phenomena (and “god” experiences) people experience can be explained by various activity within the brain, but it’s impossible to prove either way.
I think it’s impossible to know about God, it’s all faith based, which is in no way an indicator of anything, just says that people are willing to believe a lot of things to feel like they have meaning/they are special. I am not going to say yes or no, as I don’t know.

Ghosts – probably not
Aliens – nobody knows. Almost certainly not visiting earth. The conditions for life as we know them, however, are probably pretty rare. The universe is not infinite and of the billions upon billions of stars, planets that could support life are few and far between. Plus they have to have those conditions long enough for life to form, and just because the conditions are there doesn’t mean life will form. We really don’t know how common or rare that is yet, so there is no way to say. So its quite plausible that we are alone in the universe.
God – That is a matter of faith. According to a number of religious texts, yes. However, there are also religious texts that say no.

Many more people than you would think have experiences with these phenomena. It’s nothing like the pop culture scooby doo bastardization of it tho. If you research the subject thoroughly you can piece it together as I and many others have, it is all related. Aliens are so beyond proving their existence at this point. ‘Ghosts’ are usually referring to the spirit of certain cosmological energies in some cultures or to higher dimensional beings that work with this plain. Advice: careful who you get your information from.

We do not know what we CALL “ghosts and “Aliens” actually are, but they ARE something.
There is SOME sort of intelligence inherent in the universe, we can Call it “God” if we like. There is also evidence for other beings–likely from parallel universes, that are or were also considered “gods” of sorts.—-Some people , often to their peril, find out that some of them STILL exist when they fool with the wrong things. A lot of them were deemed “Demons” by the early church. I had a good friend who went insane and drove under a train after messing around with the Egyptian Goddess Sekmet (Lioness headed god)
