I think that everyone has psychic abilities, some are just more sensitive and/or in touch with their abilities. You can usually (not always) tell when a ghost is around because of small things, like a small sense of dread, or very faint fear, hairs standing up on the back of the neck, or goosebumps. I think those who are more in touch with their ESP abilities can communicate better with ghosts, but not really “see” them.

Everybody in some way has ESP and normal psychic abilities. We all use it a bit differently, and some of us are like turn away from it, but with fine tuning and practice it can work for you. But it does work easier for some. The only way you can see ghost is if they come near, the spirit can attach it’s self to one of your senses to get your attention, so basically you don’t have to be sensitive to see them. But some people are sensitive, and these spirits ghost will know, when they come near you during the night, they see the way you react while asleep. I can feel their thoughts while I am asleep, and see them, because the third eye opens. Sometimes I can’t see, but feel their presence. I see many of them wide awake too, sometimes they will follow me to work, or home, I have felt their presence sitting in the car. Some spirits from a higher dimension can help your abilities become stronger, least it appear that way with me and one spirit.
To see ghost depends on how your abilities are working on that day, and or how the spirit or ghost manifest it’s self, or if they attach themselves to one or more of your senses to help you see, hear, or smell.

I have a saying- Seeing is not believing, believing is seeing

Everyone has the ability to see a ghost.
I have come across a few sceptical to full blown non-believers who changed their minds about the reality of ghosts do to being witness to ghostly presences.
Everyone also has psychic ability, even if they don’t believe it.
Since not everyone believes in the ability, those who don’t would never venture to work the psychic muscle and get good at sensing things.

I have sensed many ghosts, I have seen one once, and I have seen the results of ghostly actions.
